IUPAC Congress: Chemistry of the Cell

The RSC is hosting the 42nd IUPAC Congress (IUPAC 2009) in Glasgow this year. The full programme with over 50 symposia occurring over 7 themes and over 700 speakers has recently been published online at www.iupac2009.org.
Craig Townsend, Vern Schramm, Manfred Reetz and David Christianson will be delivering the keynote lectures. (Full programme for this symposium)
You can save £50 on the standard registration fees by registering by 5 June 2009. The poster and exhibition area will be the focal point of the congress and poster sessions will occur every evening. To submit an abstract for poster presentation visit www.iupac2009.org/cfp - deadline 5 June.
There are a number of £95 travel bursaries available to student members of the RSC and members in the early stages of their career to attend the congress. Visit www.iupac2009.org/bursaries for details.
